Nous sommes désolés mais d’ores et déjà tous les stages prévus pour 2020 sont réservés . Nous en mettrons bientôt d’autres mais pour 2021. Nous attendrons la sortie de la période pénible que nous traversons toutes et tous. VUES AÉRIENNES DU MOULIN

Ce jeudi 28 novembre l’émission c’est qui le patron s’est arrêtée au moulin. Malheureusement ils n’ont pas pu filmer le moulin en activité de fabrication de pain, ni en production électrique. Nous étions en alerte orange et donc en gestion d’un petite montée d’eau. Cependant avec leur drone ils nous ont fait parvenir ces deux photos. la hauteur d’eau retenue est de 2.00 mètres et les trois rehausses sont ouvertes pour laisser passer le surplus d’eau. Les avisés verront que déjà dans la foret on peut apercevoir un début de stockage d’eau dans l’expansion naturelle du moulin .Eh oui car un moulin en activité est un outil de gestion de crue.de part la règlementation nous devons tout faire pour nous maintenir à notre cote imposée, ici 2.00mètres. Si la cote est dépassée nous devons lâcher de l’eau pour t revenir très vite à la cote nominale. C’est ce que nous avons fait cette nuit-là : la roue en fonction nous avons ouvert un 2ème rehausse le 27 à 22 heures, puis à 7 h 30 nous savon du retirée partiellement la 3éme, à 9h 05 il nous a fallu stopper la production d’électricité pour ne pas endommager notre roue. De ce fait nous avons dû ouvrir très légèrement 2 vanne sur 3 pour tenir la cote de 2.00 mètres. Vannes qui ont été refermées à 12 heures. À 15 heures nos remettions une rehausse en place et à 19 heures nous recommencions à produire et revendre du courant .Et nous avons remis en place le deux autres rehausse .La gestion de la montée d’eau était terminée.

Les prochaines fabrications sont programmées au vendredi 26/04 ; 10/05 ; 24/05 ; 7/06/; 21/06 ; et ainsi de suite .

Comme nous rentrons en période estivale nous vous recommandons de passer vos commandes par mail à l’adresse ci dessous . Sinon vous devrez vous contenter de ce que les autres amateurs de vrais et bons pains vous auront laissé .
